Informal Education and Art Festival ‘Oshia’

In the sum­mer, of 2010 Art Pit organ­ized inter­na­tional fest­ival ‘Oshia’ of informal edu­ca­tion and con­tem­por­ary cul­ture. Festival took three days and involved vari­ous activ­it­ies such as exhib­i­tions, work­shops, lec­tures, dis­cus­sions, film screen­ings, con­certs, etc. We were very happy to gather fas­cin­at­ing per­son­al­it­ies, who shared their exper­i­ence with fest­ival vis­it­ors. Festival ‘Oshia’ took place in 18th cen­tury man­sion in a small vil­lage of Lithuania, Zeimiai. The main aim of the fest­ival was to cre­ate a plat­form for young, cre­at­ive people where they could share their know­ledge, learn new skills, explore vari­ous top­ics of cul­ture and exper­i­ence the fest­ival, which is focused on informal edu­ca­tion instead of just music and fun. We are going to organ­ize this fest­ival again, so if inter­ested, please get in touch.
