Harry Hummer (the Netherlands/Estonia)
Harry Hummer (also known as Harry Hamster), one of the projects of Renzo van Steenbergen from the Netherlands, started out as a coincidence. Since 2001, this artist has been a member of Feedbacksociety, the founder and programmer of Seveninchrecordings and Seveninchprojects, a member of such musical phenomena like Noizbleed, Johnny Locash and Sonozon. At the moment, he is based in Estonia and working as a composer for one of the theatres in Tallinn.
Arma and 4 girls „Nelaboji madmuazel“ (Jonava, Lithuania) – absurd operetta
Boredom, stagnation, fits of pointless anger, the fight with the invisible, the white insanity, perverted view, ripped up sound, scattered spaces, troubled consciousness.
These and other keywords speak of nothing, of nonsense that is not worth for your attention, that is left behind attention, and yet that persistently wants to exist.
Arma is curator of contemporary art events, zine publisher since 1998, protector of avant-garde music, establisher of Agharta and Perineum (rip) periodicals, project manager of Homo Ludens club in Jonava and a lover of outsider art.
Pichismo (Kaunas, Lithuania) – performance in a fictional language
PICHISMO is one of the oldest underground projects in Lithuania, famous for introducing fictional languages (conlangs) to the world’s extreme music stage. The project was born in 1993 in a small town of Ciurupinsk in the south of Ukraine. The first studio album was recorded in October 1993 and gave birth to a new musical style – esperantocore. Tens of famous musicians from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Latvia and Lithuania have since played in the loge, using various fictional languages, among which was volapuk, klingon, toki pona, etc. PICHISMO’s discography amounts to 50 releases from punk to harsh noise. Today it’s a project of a single man, the irreplaceable leader Gleb Maltsev.
Shaltmira (Vilnius, Lithuania) – performance
Shaltmira is an underground graphic artist, a promoter of body art, a comic artist, a publisher of “Excessive Voyeurism” and “Red, Sore & Itchy” zines. It has not been long since she has started doing performances yet they have already been presented not only in Lithuania, but also in the Netherlands. Shaltmira will perform her latest work „THE LAST WORD OF A MAN“.
Ingra Miler (Vilnius) – audiovisual performance
Ingra Miler is an artist of the young generation. She creates audiovisual performances and installations, organises social actions and models ceramic objects. In Level B, she will present her audiovisual performance project PER↵.FORM.
PER↵.FORM speaks about images, forms and making of fetishism. “We are going via form. We are changing the atmosphere.” Music compositions created especially for the event and live video broadcasts will chill those present with their dose of sarcasm and irony.
